Forrest was an invited speaker at Columbia GSAPP’s Embodied Energy and Design Conference on Earth Day.
He presented a talk, “Useful Life versus Usefulness – Embodied Entropy in an Architecture of Moving Parts,” which will be extended into an upcoming publication based on the conference.

The CHAOS Lab is heavily engaged with leveraging the Princeton Campus as a lab with projects taking data and reacting to many aspects of building energy and exergy use on campus.
